Refund policy

At PetLume, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return after opening.
